We have a user when they open the excel file in the client excel application which is stored in Teams/SPO and they do any changes and click on save/close the app they get the popup "Excel is uploading your most recent changes. If you'd rather not wait you can click Cancel to close the file and we'll upload next time you open it." the popup stays on for a while and fails, if we hit cancel the changes wont upload.
