Resizing image with OneNote Android

Had an inscrutable problem very similar to what is described under this thread, which is now locked:

Very occasionally I was able to invoke image resizing, but most of the time OneNote defaulted to moving the image.

The post referenced above talks about handle hot zones being somewhat off-center, but I could never get it to work reliably. Until, that is, I tried it with my finger, instead of the S-pen.

Long press with the S-pen on the image to display the drag handles, then use your finger to resize.

Works every time.
