Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you have an issue on cannot sync notebook desktop to OneDrive.
You moved the affected section but still having the same issue. May I know how many notebooks and sections are not syncing?
Suggestions:
- Kindly click on File tab > Info > Sync status on the right side.
- Check the location of the Notebook if it is connected in SharePoint.
- Kindly go to your OneDrive > lower left side > return to classic OneDrive > upper left side > Site settings.
- Under Site Collection Administration > click on Storage Metrics and check if you still have enough storage. You can ask you admin to increase your OneDrive storage based from your license.
- You can also Export you notebook > Click on file tab Export > Notebook > .onepkg.
- Open the exported Notebook and extract it > select location OneDrive.
