One note sync error

I have been trying to sync the content's one note desktop app to one drive and I constantly get the error

We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE4010655).

I've tried the steps in the link - We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again - Microsoft Community but haven't been able to fix the issue.

For e.g. The sync shows a specific section that had an error. I created a new section and moved all the notes to the new section. The next sync shows an error on the new section.

    HI Zee,

    My apologies for the delay. There's enough space in my one drive. Also, I get an error when exporting the notebook. The error is 'We couldn't sync this section because we were denied access to the file'. I'm the Admin of this workstation and I have full access

    Dear Jaguareyes,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you have an issue on cannot sync notebook desktop to OneDrive.

    You moved the affected section but still having the same issue. May I know how many notebooks and sections are not syncing?

    Suggestions:

    • Kindly click on File tab > Info > Sync status on the right side.
    • Check the location of the Notebook if it is connected in SharePoint.
    • Kindly go to your OneDrive > lower left side > return to classic OneDrive > upper left side > Site settings.
    • Under Site Collection Administration > click on Storage Metrics and check if you still have enough storage. You can ask you admin to increase your OneDrive storage based from your license.
    • You can also Export you notebook > Click on file tab Export > Notebook > .onepkg.
    • Open the exported Notebook and extract it > select location OneDrive.
