Visio Arrow Width

When adjusting the Width for an arrow in Visio 2013 the adjustment is having no effect. Any idea what could be blocking the action?

May I know does issue happened do specific Visio document? If the issue happens to all Visio files including a new created one, the issue is more related to the Office app itself or your computer environment. You can first try suggestions below to see the result:

1. Make sure you’ve updated Office to the latest version that some issues can be resolved with such method.
