I cannot get through to a person on the phone, but my Microsoft office account is all messed up. I need my domain email address to be the primary but it will not allow me to do that. I can't open the Authenticator app and authenticate a login with my domain email address because i can't log in to it. It also says that it can't reset my password because my email doesn't exist. I am stuck and I need to log in to a customer site to perform service work. Please help.
