I have made it before but now Im not able to insert second axis in an Excel chart!
Why can't I find this option?

Select a series that you want to plot on the secondary axis.
On the Format tab of the ribbon, click Format Selection.
Under Series Options, Plot Series On, select Secondary Axis:
