Based on your description, Microsoft Access application keeps disappearing on your device. May I confirm that whether the installation package disappeared as well?
If yes, since you could install MS Access without any problem, this means that your device supports the installation and use of Access. And from your description, you mentioned the Access application disappeared after 30-45minutes.
So we assume it's possible that your company uses Intune policies or other policies to prevent users from using Access. Another possibility is that you have software installed on your device that manages apps for your device that silently removes Access, for example: Antivirus software.
Given this situation, we suggest you could contact IT admin in your company to see if they apply any related policy. And at the same time, you can check the software on your device.
