Need help to find my Transcript ID and Access code for my MOS Word Certification

Hello everyone. I gave and MOS exam for MS Word 2016 using Certiport. I got a digital certificate on Certiport. I recently wanted to add that certification to my Upwork profile. I was asked for my Transcript ID and Access code and I can not find it. I searched the internet but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
