Sensitivity Labelled Files Not Opening in Shared Email Box

I have a shared email box with 5 users, and that shared email box is configured in outlook 2016 office app for desktop.

While opening sensitivity Labelled Emails received to that shared email box, its throwing error. But in OWA I can open the Emails.

Is it a expected behavior ?

    Good day ,

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you have an concern while using sensitivity label on shared mailbox. While doing research on your query I found some known issue with sensitivity label on outlook client , however before moving forward I would like to know your outlook version. Please share some screenshot including with outlook client version and error which you are facing.

    In the meantime use the Outlook Web App (OWA) if you need to send SENSITIVE or PROTECTED emails from a shared mailbox.

    NOTE : For your security and privacy , kindly don't mention any email address / password or other confidential information.
