Microsoft Forms: Unique Answer to each question

Hello there,

I am new to MS Forms. I was hoping anyone here has encountered this and could help. I have a list of available choices to be made from, 1 - 4 and hope each user can select a preference from the choice list in an order, uniquely e.g.

Choice 1 - Preference 1

Choice 2 - Preference 3

Choice 3 - Preference 2 etc.

I am trying to restrict users from choosing an option twice. E.g.

Choice 1 - Preference 1

Choice 2 - Preference 1

Choice 3 - Preference 2

Choice 4 - Preference 3 etc.

Please let me know if there is a way to configure the form to meet my requirement. thank you.

    Dear U-O,

    Welcome to the forum here.

    I'm afraid that that can't be achieved by Microsoft Forms. You may use PowerApps with SharePoint Online to move forward.

    If you have PowerApps in your environment, welcome to post back at your convenience and I'll try to provide a solution here.
