Power query refresh every minute does not work with multiple users accounts

Hi,

I have some emails being pulled to an excel sheet with a power query.

I share this sheet with another person in my company.

When she is with the sheet opened at the same time as I am the sheet won't refresh automatically.

But it would be very important to have this function working.

How can this be fixed?

Would the solution be to share the same login to use the sheet?

    Dear Paulo Henrique Pereira1,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, refreshing every minute doesn't work when multiple users open the same workbook. I tested it on my side, and the same result was the same as yours.

You will see the following message bar. And about the solution you mentioned, I also tested on my side, the refresh still doesn't work.

Given this situation, I do understand the inconvenience it has made and apologize for it. You may need to manually click Refresh to show the latest data for everyone like the message bar mentioned.

We’d suggest you provide feedback to our related team by clicking File > Feedback and write this behavior. This feedback will directly go to them so that our related team can hear your voice directly. Microsoft is committed to continuously improving your experience with our products.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.

    Sincerely,
