Can't launch Attaack Simulation Training - Client Error

Dear all,

I need your advice to understand why I can't launch Simulation Attack.

After going through the Simulation process creation at the submit process it returns the message: Client Error.

I've been reading the license requirements, double checked and looks good to me, otherwise I could not access the Attack Training Simulation.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for reaching out here regarding this query.

    If there are multiple Active Users option enabled under Manage Roles from Admin Center, at once I suggest you kindly enable only Global Admin option and see the result outcome.

    Hello dear Albert,

    Thank you for the tip! I have added to the user the Domain Admin.

    Also, the Domain Admin user has assigned the licenses as shown below but the result is the same.
