Text not wrapping in Excel

The Help menu shows

However, on my Home tab, Alignment only shows Align Top, Middle, Bottom, Left, Center, Right.  There is no Wrap Text.

It leaves Row 5 Column 3 in the attached screenshot with text cut off [It wouldn't upload image]

If I go to Format menu, point to Row, and then click AutoFit, it makes it even worse.

Indebted if you tell me how to fix this.

John

You've been consulting sources which refer only to the Windows product.

Select the cells, go to Format> Cells - Alignment then check the box for Wrap Text.

If your software is properly updated there should be a Wrap Text tool in the Alignment group but it's one of the lesser icons & also houses Shrink to Fit:
