If you need to keep the code, you will have to save the workbook in a macro-enabled format (eg xlsm rather than xlsx). If you don't need the code, just press Yes.

I am getting this message before saving my work on excel workbook.
Please explain why this happen and what shall I do please.

2022-06-23T12:31:00+00:00 Clicking Yes removes the macro (that's what macro-free means). You needed to click no, and then use the File - SaveAs option to save the file as a macro enabled file.
