I've got two paid services: Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family, they are overlapping and paid, I want to use the Family service, but I'm unable to.

How can I switch to the Family service?

Thanks,

RC

    Hi Ricardo C,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

Did you purchase both Personal and Family subscription with the same Microsoft account?

If you did, you probably have one subscription switching from one Microsoft 365 Home subscription to another as you can not have both on the same Microsoft account.

You can switch using the same Microsoft account as your current subscription by buying the Family subscription and the remaining days on your current subscription are automatically added to your new subscription.

To switch a Microsoft 365 Home subscription, see link for guidance: https://support.microsoft.com/help/3fcc1efc-2722-427f-8efa-db94b9b0a36b

    Hope this helps!
