I downloaded the DocuSign but I can't use it - it's greyed out. I use office 365 personal

I’m an, Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. I'm glad to help you regarding the issue with Office 365.

If you see an option under Sending Settings or Signing Settings that is not available or greyed out then it means the feature is generally disabled on the DocuSign Account. You need to contact DocuSign Support (create a case) or your Account Manager to have that option enabled if applicable to your Account plan or type.
