Excel Add-in automation

I have installed one Add-in. In that add-in we click one button within Add-in, then open one file from the system. Add-in helps read that file properly. We then save that file as excel file. We need to automate this process.

    Can you please provide the screenshots and the detailed description of automation process you want to achieve?

    It's an Add-in from National Instruments for converting TDMS files into excel. A window like the following opens on clicking the first icon in the Add-in. On opening the file, the Add-in loads the data in excel which can then be saved. This process I need to repeat for hundred to thousands of files. Hence, looking for automation. Hope this helps.
