Hi.. I have subscribed to Microsoft 365 since 2019, and recently it shows Unlicensed Product and no subscription at all. But in fact, the yearly fee was deducted from my credit card.

I have tried use the Microsoft Support And Recovery and Deactivate Office and sign in again, but it is still not working.

Appreciate if you could help me on this matter

    Hi Ivan,

    Thanks for your reply,

I feel sorry to see this scenario and the inconvenience this has caused. Since there’s no mention of the subscription info, I am not sure what kind of subscriptions you purchased, in this case, please check and follow the advice in these articles to see if you can cancel your subscription:

    Cancel your business subscription

    Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription

Meanwhile, If you're unable to cancel your subscription and need further help, you can get help from a support advocate who is professional with billing problems, the link is also in the above article.

    Sincerely,

Hi, I have decided to stop this Microsoft 365, which in fact the subscription seems not in place. So, what is the procedure to stop the recurring bill/charges to my credit card and request for refund?

Hi, I have tried "Clear prior activation information manually and active your Office again" but failed. Attached herewith the Order History of my MIcrosoft 365, it shows nothing but in fact the yearly fee charged on 3rd May 2022.

Answer: Hi Ivan,Thanks for posting thread in our community forum.I go through your description, it seems that your Office showed Unlicensed Product and no subscription. However, you have paid successfully. For your scenario, if you subscribe the license by yourself, you can check your billing information in admin center through Billing>Your products and see if you have renewed the license successfully. View your bill or invoiceIf you have renewed it successfully, you mentioned you have deactivated Office, may I know if you used OSPP command to deactivated it?If you didn’t try use OSPP command, you can also try the steps in this article to use OSPP to deactivate Office, check this article and follow the steps: Clear prior activation information manually and active your Office again. If you have tired all these methods but the issue still remain, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?

    1. please attach screenshots of the Office version through Control panel > Programs > Programs and Feature >Find  Microsoft 365 and the error message you received in your Office client.
    2. Could you also provide the screenshot of the billing and license page?

This will help us narrow down the issue and solve your problem.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day. Regards,
    Sean
