Viewing/exporting all active user current passwords

Hi Community,

Is there any way for me to export / view all active user current passwords from the Exchange 365 Admin Centre for my IT technician to use whilst upgrading systems? I really don't want to have to reset them all nor bother every user.

    Thanks for posing in our community.

    According to your description, the issue of your cocnern that you would like to viewing/exporting all active users current passwords.

    To be honor, we've checked a lot related official articles which there's no such feature in O365 and this could be an infeasible feature.

    Please be kindly to understand that there's a workaround for you might bring a lot inconvenience for all users - Reset passwords.
