Failure happened on 'Sink' side. ErrorCode=UserErrorRfcFunctionInvokeFailed

Hello Experts below error we are facing while extract data from Open Hub table to Azure data lake.

Note: My OHD table has 192 columns in it , is there any no columns restriction while pushing data to Azure, if yes , please let us know how to fix this issue.

Issue:

“Failure happened on 'Sink' side. ErrorCode=UserErrorRfcFunctionInvokeFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=Failed to invoke function /SAPDS/RFC_READ_TABLE2 with error: SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcAbapRuntimeException, message: No more memory available to add rows to an internal table.,

Are you using Azure Data Factory to copy data from Open Hub to Azure Data lake ? If yes, then it looks like you are getting this error due to data volume and underlying RFC method cannot afford to read such large volume of data in one time. You would need to reconsider few changes -

Split the whole large table into partitions via the PartitionOption and partition Settings.

Use a customRfcReadTableFunctionModule option in Copy activity by defining a custom RFC function to read data from SAP table.

Increase the memory on server side.

Hello @Saurabh Sharma : Thanks for your inputs its Azure Data Factory only and OHD table has only 1 lack records, do you feel anything to adjust in Azure side?
