excel time

I have a starting time for a process which iterates every 13.5 minutes . Assume the starting time is 8:30 AM . I need to add 13.5 minutes to 8:30 to get the time of the first iteration. In this way I can know the time of every iteration through the work day . It is a simple problem but I can't seem to get the formatting right . Can somebody younger than I figure this out? I'd appreciate that a lot.

    Hi Lynn

Assuming the starting time 8:30 AM is in cell A2

Try the formula =A2+TIME(0,13,30) and format the cells as described in the picture below

I hope this helps you and gives a solution to your problem

Do let me know if you need more help

    Regards

    Jeovany
