name cell ranges-create from selection

I keep getting an error message-the selection isn't valid. make sure the copy and paste areas don't overlap unless they are the same size and shape.

    If you are attempting to stick an outsized quantity of knowledge, confirm that the cell format for the cells within the column matches the format of the data that you just need to stick, so paste the data one column at a time.
