    Hello

Thank you for your response.  I would like to confirm with you the details, whether all hyperlinks cannot be open, or only the links using the hyperlink function cannot open. You can create a normal web hyperlink and a link using the hyperlink function to confirm whether the same error is reported.

Based on the information you provided, I did some tests and it seems to be working, so the problem should be caused by some settings.

It may be that the program cannot access the program through the hyperlink. Hyperlinks are not working - Outlook | Microsoft Docs This link is the solution provided by seeing the screenshot of the error report provided by your post six months ago. It is not only applicable to the hyperlinks of Outlook that cannot be opened.

If the problem still doesn't improve, you can try backing up important data and then resetting your PC leaving apps and files.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

    Best wishes

I tried both steps and no luck for me!

MSOffice 2016 x64, Windows 10 Pro x64 21H2, Edge Chromium. xlsm file with =HYPERLINK("#"&"'heatOil'!P"&'heatOil'!$O$401;"H-O") is NOT working more than a half year!

Very same file on: Windows 7 SP1 x64, MSOffice2013 and Edge Chromium is workig as it should.

I'm from central Europa, it's a semi colon ; in formulae

P.s I read somewhere that removing pound(#) would help!??

    Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft Community and enjoy the time you've spent sharing detailed information.I understand your mood, according to my understanding the problem you are having is that excel hyperlinks cannot be opened in win 10, please ask if there are any error prompts.

You can try these steps first:

    1. Reset Excel - Press Windows key +R, enter regedit to open registry editor and locate the following key value in turn, rename the excel folder (right click on it, select Rename, such as rename Excel to Excelold);

    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice16.0Excel

    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOfficeExcel

After you've done the above, review the issue.

    1. Close Add-ons - Open any Excel file, click on the file in the upper left corner, option - change management to add-ons, uncheck add-ons, click OK.

We have to go through a series of steps to find the real cause of the problem. Looking forward to your reply. I will continue to help you with the problem. Thank you for your patient support and cooperation.

    Best wishes
