This issue is with OneNote Desktop 2016. I've tried suggestions in the link below, namely to make a page template and set it as default for the section. This does work adding a note manually but not with quicknote shortcut. Same issue happens on two diff computers of mine as well.
If I manually insert my blank quicknote template in yhte section - the next quick note page changes color properly, but if I add some text to it - and try to do another quicknote it'll change back to white. Is there someplace else for quick note template settings? Any help appreicated! I did check and I have the latest version installed as well (2209 build 15629.20208)
