I change my theme for Microsoft forms and wait for it to save. Then when I exit out and go back my theme is automatically changed back to my customized theme. Even when I copy the URL participants will use and go in that way, the theme is still changed back to my customized theme. It is getting increasingly frustrating. I have used Chrome, Microsoft Edge, mobile office app, windows 10 office and still the same issue

Dear Bradley jB74,

Thanks for your reply.

Please try if copy the form could solve this issue. If no, we afraid you may need to creaet a new form, there could be something wrong with the original form. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

It has only happened to my one form that I used. I choose from a template given. When creating other ones by scratch or from templates it allows my themes to be changed.

    Dear Bradley jB74,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

May I confirm if this issue only happened to specific form? Or all your forms have the same issue?

We're afraid this issue may need to check the environment on your side for further investigation. As forum support we may not have enough permission and resource to directly check the environment on your side.

We notice you post this question in For education category, so we suppose you have Microsoft 365 for education subscription. In this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article and try to create a support ticket to contact Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshooting. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Have a good day.

    Sincerely,

    Sean | Microsoft Community Moderator
