SharePoint Apps not working

I have been trying to add apps to my SharePoint site, it works perfect until I get to the 'Purchase' page;

but then I get the following error;

I am struggling to figure to which licence the error refers to, and where I need to make changes...

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft community.

    We go through your description and understand you are having trouble when trying to purchase an App.

    We search this error message and find out the users had the same error solved this behavior with the private mode of the browser. You may try if change a browser or using a private window in browser could solve this error.

    Meanwhile, we would like to confirm if your colleagues have the same error message.
