STOP REDIRECTING!!

I have an old school account through Indiana University from when I attended there 4 1/2 years ago.

I am now enrolled in a different school for my graduate program. EVERY TIME I try to set up my new email, I click the link through the university of Louisville website and it automatically redirects me saying “use the following link to open this mailbox with the best performance:

https://owa.exchange.iu.edu/owa/\*\*\*\*\*@iu.edu”

Then of course I get a pop up saying this site can’t be reached!

This is a brand new laptop, I’ve completely deleted my chrome browsing history, cache, cookies, passwords… all of it! I haven’t used this IU account in 4 years!!! Why does it keep redirecting me! I just want to set up my University of Louisville account. Why is Microsoft making this so damn complicated?!

It does this on my phone, my computer, EVERYTHING!

Have you tried using different browser via InPrivate/Incognito browsing window to check this issue?

You may try deleting the stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Control Panel in Windows. Also try Disconnect your school account on Windows Settings under "Access work or school" to see if there any improvement.
