Many thanks for your question. My name is Tim and I’ll try my best to resolve your issue.
Due to the error being with Google Chrome, I would suggest speaking to their technical department as it appears an error with their software and not office.com due to opening with Firefox.
However I would be interested to know the outcome along with other people who maybe suffering with this issue. If you could update this post afterwards I would highly appreciate it.
