Cannot Access Office.com on Chrome

Hello everyone!

I am facing an issue with Chrome. When I try to login into office.com using Chrome, I get the following error:

The request is blocked. Ref A: 387DADB362AE40FE9CEF289DE8A271FD Ref B: LAX311000114033 Ref C: 2022-08-07T20:06:23Z

I already optimised Chrome by updating it and removing all files in the cache. I also reinstalled Chrome, but keep on getting the same error. The interesting thing is that I can access office.com with Firefox without any issue whatsoever.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Many thanks for your question. My name is Tim and I’ll try my best to resolve your issue.

    Due to the error being with Google Chrome, I would suggest speaking to their technical department as it appears an error with their software and not office.com due to opening with Firefox.

    However I would be interested to know the outcome along with other people who maybe suffering with this issue. If you could update this post afterwards I would highly appreciate it.
