Security roles

I have defender portal connected and device inventory showing up.
I also two other people that are able to access the portal but as of today they can no longer see the device inventory list in the defender portal. they were able to see it two days ago.
Both have the security admin/reader role active assignments in azure.
any thoughts?

    Unfortunately, that takes me to the vendor we purchase our licensing from with whom we do not have support.

    When I look at the permissions page in defender portal and then roles it lists the two individuals who should be able to see everything in the console.

    Again, they were able to see device inventory two days ago but now do not.
