Korean characters in command button or HTML select drop down box

Hi Team, I'm editing a word document that has 3 inserted fields (2 dropdowns lists and a command button) that are in english and I need to translate to corean. When I change the text in "Display Value" the corean text turns into questions marks "???" and It can't be displayed.

I have already changed the font to batang or malgun gothic in Microsoft Visual Basic / tools/options/Editor Formats.

Is there anything else I can do to update this instances correctly in corean?

Thanks

    Hello , Diego ACOR

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

May I ask what version of Word you are using? Please choose Filefrom the top left corner, and then click either Accountor Helpon the left nav bar. You’ll see your Office version and information under Product information, on the right side of the window. And then take a screenshot, like this:

    Image

If you don’t see File>Accountor File>Help, you might be using an older version of Office. See this article for more information.

Also, please share your document in OneDrive and copy the link to Microsoft Community so that we can figure out a detailed workaround. Detailed steps are listed here: Share OneDrive files and folders (microsoft.com). Don't include personal or confidential info in the document.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Best Regard,

Yuhao Li| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
