Missing Visio templates

Hi,

I´m using Microsoft Visio Plan 2 (Version 2206 Build 16.0.15330.20246).

When I try to access the templates I´ll get a messages that says "We don´t have any features template right now".

There is also no seachs box showing.

Any tips on how I can access the templates directly from Visio?

Based on your description, we understand that you got the error message "We don´t have any features template right now". Please refer to the suggestions in this document first to see if they can help you:  "We had trouble getting the featured templates and can't show them right now" error in Office 365 and Pro Plus 2016 (microsoft.com)

  • Does this happen to your other Office apps?
  • The specific screenshot of the error message.
