When I convert a word doc to RTF and then close the document, it opens blank. If I convert it and send it to someone else to open in word on their computer, it opens blank. This is happening frequently and we don't know how to fix it. What can I do?
I've scanned the microsoft discussions and I haven't found anything that will work so far.
