    Hi Kevin,

I don't think what TimB101 said is correct.

I think the only time you would be limited to Save a Copy is if the workbook had been protected, is in a write-protected file location, or opened in read-only mode. Please look at the title bar of the workbook and see what it says about where the file is located.

    Hi Tim,

Are you sure about what you said? When I go to the File menu I see Save As but i do NOT see Save a Copy.

    Hi kevin M,

My name is Tim and I’m sorry to see you’re experiencing issues. I will gladly assist you today.

The Save As function has been replaced by Save a Copy but in terms of only being able to save to OneDrive can you please confirm if your version of Office is up to date?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards

    Tim
