One Note list limit exceeded

User is receiving an error "We couldn't load your notebooks because a list limit was exceeded in OneDrive".

Hello Olusoji Oyeyemi,

Thanks for posting back and sharing that the error message appears when the user is using OneNote Web Clipper.

As Bernd suggested, you may refer to the suggestion in the thread he provided.

The error message may appear when the items in the user's OneDrive for Business library view is more than 5000. You may let the user reduce the items in his OneDrive and then check if he can use OneNote web clipper.

In addition, if there is something we misunderstood, feel free to point it out, we will continue helping you.

    The issue is with OneNote clipper not getting the location of the Notebooks in OneDrive.

    We want to help you. To better understand the situation, we'd like to confirm that what is the user doing when the error message appears? (Is the user trying to open a notebook in OneNote application? Or is he using OneNote web clipper in browser?)
