There are two ways to get what you want. The first is a laborious copy and paste with further manipulation in Excel. The second with with a VBA macro. If you want help with the latter, let me know.

Hi There
I want to export MS Project online data into excel. My biggest concern is, I want to export Project summary task, Summary Tasks and tasks (WBS hierarchy levels) into separate columns as shown in attached picture below.
If anyone can help me with would be very much appreciated.
