MS Bookings Multiple Reservation Problem

Hello!

My team and I have been using MS Bookings for a few months now and have only recently encountered a problem witht the reservation page. In the past week, individuals are no longer able to book employees for the same reservation at the same booking time even when not all the slots available have been filled (multi-user reservation).

In our settings, we have the "take into account the employee's outlook calendar" setting to ensure that bookings aren't created when the employee is busy. However, it seems that MS Booking can no longer recognize when it has created a meeting in outlook. Thus, it blocks the slot.

When turning off the "take into account the employee's outlook calendar" feature in their profile, it works as normal.

I was wondering if there is a fix to this issue! Many thanks !
