Excel Data combining from folder error

I was processing different sets of files successfully but data query stopped saying earlier *dataformat.error and later *download failed. How can I import / combine these files / remove error?

    1. I went through your question and to be properly helped, please provide complete screenshot of the error messages and upload them here.
    2. Also, provide Office version. Go to Excel > File > Account and provide a screenshot of that page.
    3. What data query are you using?
