It is showing under the Manage Access and also when writing comments it shows as Guest User.

    Hello,

Thanks for your update. Typically, when you share your files in Excel online, and by default anyone in your organization can use the link to open and edit the workbook. If you want to adjust who can use the link and what they can do with the link, select [People in your organization with the link can edit, select the options you want in the Link Settings dialog, and then select Apply ". In this way, these unknown people can't do anything about it either.

    Hello Danish,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I could share with you some of my thoughts on this issue.

Where did you see the unknown user? Did you see it in Manage Access? If it's convenient, could you take a screenshot for us to see so that we could better understand your problem? Generally, the names of users' shared editors are defined by themselves, and you may need to contact them to change them.

Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regard,

Kevin | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
