cannot use excell cause it keeps asking for hello pin

the hello pin box keeps popping up and i do not have one. i cannot add one because its a personal account

    Please do the following:

    1. Cancel the setup on the startup Cancel the PIN prompt and login to your PC Go to Windows Defender Security Centre icon on the tray. Under 'Account Protection' go to 'Set up Windows Hello for faster, more secure sign-in' Click 'Set-up', it will prompt you to set up a pin - don't.
