Hi,

I am using Excel 2013. How do I move/copy a command that is currently showing in the quick access ribbon to the main ribbon? I have tried showing all commands when customizing the main ribbon but what I'm wanting to add isn't showing. Please help! I am attaching a screenshot to show what I'm wanting to move.

Thanks,

Scarlett Rae

Hi scarlet,

Apparently the Print Group is only available for the quick access ribbon and even at that point, it does not get listed as the other Quick access items. Because of How it comes as a group,( Print and Page Setup) it does not become available as a command in the customization commands as per my deductions.

The other items are ok to add to customized ribbon group only this is not available.

Sorry i know you have struggled with this.

Kind regards.

Thank you! I kind of thought that was the issue but figured I would ask just in case.

    Thanks!
