May I know if my understanding is correct? If so, we did a test in our end and we can show all the entries in Excel as the above screenshot.
- So we suggest you try to reset the dropdown menu use the Data Validation to see the result or you can create a new workbook to see if the drop down menu can show well.

- May I know if all workbooks have this issue or just a specific sheet have this issue?
