Clicking on Admin

Any time I try to go on the admin page I get this "You can try refreshing the page to solve the problem. You can also wait a few minutes and try again"

with a picture of a computer with a "!" on the screen and spilt coffee.

What do I do?

    I understand that you are having a concern regarding accessing your admin page.

    I assuming that you normally have access to the admin page, regarding this error it can be caused the network, or browser.

    So for now, please try using accessing the admin page from a different browser or using InPrivate mode if using Microsoft Edge /Incognito mode if using Chrome ( click on more options, the 3 dots on the top right)

    Assuming that you have the same situation when using different browsers, please double check the situation when using another network. If the issue persits, please let us know so that we can check the service from our side.

    Dear Oriel,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Seeing that it is working Incognito mode, I am assuming that you are using chrome.

    In that situation, you need to clear the browser's cache to see if it makes a difference.

    • Click on the more options> Settings> Privacy and security> Clear browsing data. select all three boxes> clear data.

    Please note that it will clear all the browsing history. expect for those saved in your favorites.

    Thank you very much that worked using Incognito mode is there any way to do it with the normal browser like I used to use
