Lock Feature in Powerpoint for Mac?
I'm working entirely on Mac versions:
I am building numerous charts in Excel and pasting them into Powerpoint. I need the charts, once in Powerpoint, to be locked so that they will not be altered when I go back into Excel and modify the pivot tables.
The windows Powerpoint has a handy option in the right-click dropdown to Lock objects, which accomplishes this. However, in the Mac app, this option is absent. Is there another way to lock a chart once it is in Powerpoint for Mac?

The same can be achieved by pasting first then clicking the Paste Options button [which appears in the lower fight corner of the pasted content] & select the Picture of Chart (smaller file size) option.
This should result in a smaller file size than Locking an Excel Chart Object... and you don't need to use any code.
