Comment supprimer le Virtool:MSIL/CryptInject

bonjour depuis que J'ai télécharger un ficher, J'ai Virtool:MSIL/CryptInject marqué dans les problèmes mais je ne peut pas de l'effacer

First of all check if MalwareBytes (Free Download) finds traces of this virus.
If the system is clean, Windows Security made its magic and you only have to delete History.
Open a Powershell (admin) prompt and type:

Remove-Item -Path "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service*" -Verbose -Recurse
