Excel - Odata Connection: "A web API key can only be specified when a web API key name is provided"

Hi I'm trying to use an Odata feed to import data into Excel. The Odata feed requires an API Key to be associated. I set up the Odata feed, but when I insert my Web API key I get this message: "A web API key can only be specified when a web API key name is provided."

This I have learned from other help articles across the web that I am missing the API key from the header from my request.

Questions are: how do I put the API key into the header of my request? And what should that update look like? I see answers like "paste this code into the Power Query editor", but they don't say where to put this information and I am too basic in my Power Query knowledge to understand what I'm doing without step by step instructions. Please help!

    Dear Kate,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

You may click on Data>Get Data>From Other Sources>Blank Query to insert the code to see the result.

For your reference: Create, load, or edit a query in Excel (Power Query) (microsoft.com)
