Return to Normal Formatting

It was around a week ago that I started looking at videos and eBooks about formatting one's eBook in Word before uploading to Amazon's KDP. I don't at all remember what I did then but what I have now is the document with what appears to be formatting errors in a large right margin throughout the document. I can't see how to return to the normal formatting. If you know, please let me know.

You can of course modify a style back to its previous settings, and accept that change (or instead of accepting the change, as I previously suggested, you can choose to reject it).

As far as the cover page is concerned, the simplest solution is to temporarily turn off Track Changes and then delete the cover page.

Thanks for the screen shot. It certainly looks like Track Changes. You should be able to right-click each of those balloons and choose to Accept Format Change.

The "margin" you are describing could be the Markup area. Does it resemble the screen shot below? If it does, you can click the arrow on the Accept button (in the Changes group on the Review tab) and click Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking.

Yes, it did. Just for my education, is there a way to change it back to the original format after you've accepted it? I don't think I was supposed to include a cover with the document uploading. Seems like you are supposed to upload the cover once the document is in the KDP system.

Yes, it does resemble that. Thanks.
