Hello,

I have a pivot table and graph with fields applied along with filters. When i select my filters i see blank spaces on my graph when a given category is zero. How can automatically hide all zero and blank data when i select my filters?

The filters just shows what's inside your data.

If you do not like to see the zeros/blanks, you have to remove them from the data.

I suggest you show us your (sample) file then we can look at your data and can make suggestions how to transform it, maybe use a Data Model or DAX to suppress the issue.

    Andreas.

Here is snip of my excel sheet, i wont be able to remove blanks and zeros since it depends on the column "name". 0 means no activity of that antibiotic to that organism, blank means that antibiotic was not tested against that organism.
