I created a Dashboard in Excel with charts and a few text box elements. Content of these text boxes are linked to cells from a Pivot table tab in same file. When certain users open this file online (Sharepoint/Excel online) the text boxes would disappear. Below is an image that shows the Dashboard with large numbers, which are text boxes linked to cells. This image is from my computer.

And below is an image of open from my client, where the text boxes disappear.

    Hi Alexandre Nunes2

    Welcome to Microsoft Community

Glad to be here assist you.

According to the category you posted /Excel/For home, we can understand that your problem is "textbox linked to cell does not display when opened by some users via SharePoint" Feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong .

We can understand the trouble this problem brings to you. Before finding the reason of the problem, let us discuss the following situations:

    1. It seems that only some users open this file without the text box. If it is convenient for you, please try to let them open from the personal version of OneDrive and see if this problem occurs or not.
    2. Based on the picture you provided so far, it seems that only textboxes 5, 92 and 101 are not showing. In order to rule out whether the text box comes with some special formats, could you confirm whether the numbers in the text box have special fonts (if so, please try to clear these formats). If it is a problem with the font itself, it may be that the font with the text box is not loaded on the customer's Excel, so that the font format will not be displayed.
    3. In addition, assuming the above two solutions still can't find the reason of the problem, you can post this file here as a OneDrive share link, and we will investigate it in depth for you.

If any updates, the community always welcomes you.
