Assigning multiple owners for a number of Forms and worried about impact on already functioning Flows associated with the forms

I have a series of forms built for a training class and have a number of flows set up to some of the forms.

  1. What is the best way to assign multiple owners so I do not have to be the only one who can add new people edit rights?

and

  1. If I were to move the forms to a group, would that break any flows already set up and running?

Thanks

Dear BFHenry,

Good day.

  1. What is the best way to assign multiple owners so I do not have to be the only one who can add new people edit rights?

From your description, my understanding is that you want to allow members to be able to assign editing rights as well, may I ask if my understanding is correct, if so, I think the following two ways can meet your needs, you can try it out and according to your situation of the organization, then choose the best way:

  1. If I were to move the forms to a group, would that break any flows already set up and running?

If you move your Forms, already created workflows will be affected because the URL of the Forms has changed. So you also need to change the path in your workflow.

Hope the above suggestions will help you.

Sincerely,
