Access Runtime 13 failed to install

Hello Community,

I have problems with the Access Runtime 13. It always fail to install it. I use a Workstation Tower with 64 GB RAM, the 12th Generation of i7-12700k. and a the PRO Z690-DDR4 Mainboard.

The Access Runtime 13 I need for a Application that only works with this Runtime. Can you help me? Does anyone have the same problems?

WinVersion: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 (Build 19044.1706)

Office 365 Version 2202 (Build 14931.20806)

    I downloaded the Access Runtime 13 directly from microsoft.com

    Below you find the Error, when I start the AccessRuntime_x64_en-us.exe.

    In Software Center I get this Error

    From your description, it seems that you cannot install Runtime 13.

    If so, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?

    1. May I know if you encountered any error message? If so, could you provide the screenshot of error message?
    2. May I know where you downloaded Runtime 13?
